Energy Conservation Loans finance energy conservation improvements for low- and moderate-income single-family (1-4 units) home owners. This program is funded by the Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) and is administered by C4C. This loan may be used to finance energy efficient home improvements up to $25,000 at below-market interest rates. Zero-percent interest rate loans are available for higher-efficiency boilers and furnaces.
