Emergency HVAC Service
Let me begin by saying, I was in a tight spot. My usual HVAC company couldn’t fit me in for an emergency until January 2024. So, I made five calls, and American Heating was number five. Jennifer, who I must say is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, managed to squeeze me in the same week. I reached out on a Monday, and by Wednesday morning, just before Thanksgiving, Frank was at my door. Frank was not only professional but also very informative. He quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed rates with me, and even shared some tips to prevent similar issues in the future. Long story short, my furnace was back up and running in less than an hour. Huge thanks to Jennifer and Frank for their prompt and efficient service!
