Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains heating and cooling systems across the Greater Waterbury area.
Installs furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in homes and businesses across Connecticut.
Learns the trade on the job next to our installers and technicians. No HVAC experience required, just a strong work ethic.
Supports the crews. Moving equipment, job site prep and cleanup, and lending a hand wherever it is needed.
Keeps the office running. Scheduling, invoicing, customer records, and support for the crews out in the field.
The first voice a customer hears. Answers calls, books appointments, and routes messages to the right people.

Our installer and service technician roles require a valid Connecticut S-2, S-10, B-2, D-2, or G-2 license. If you do not have one of these yet, our apprentice and helper roles are a real way in. We train, and we help with certification for some positions.
