HVAC installer jobs in Connecticut

Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in homes and businesses across Waterbury, Watertown, Southbury, Naugatuck, Cheshire, Southington and the nearby towns. Family owned in Waterbury since 1978.

Always accepting applications

We are growing, and we would rather meet a good person early than wait for a job to open. Applications stay on file and we go back to them first. If someone walks in who is clearly right for this shop, we find a spot for them.

What an installer does here

You put in the equipment that the rest of the job depends on. Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork, in older New England houses that rarely make it easy.

Installs are planned work rather than emergency calls, which means the standard is craftsmanship. What you leave behind is what the homeowner lives with for fifteen years.

What you need for this role

This is a licensed role and we do not train into it from zero. If you are starting out, our apprentice and helper roles are the honest entry points.

What we look for

Honesty and drive, above everything else. We are a family owned shop, not a franchise, and everyone here knows everyone else, from the office to the trucks. Show us those two things and we will teach you the rest.

Pay and benefits

We do not publish pay rates online because they depend on your license, your experience, and the role. We talk about money honestly on the first call. For market context, see our guide to what HVAC technicians make in Connecticut.

Most benefits begin after 90 days on the job.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Installer and technician roles require a valid Connecticut license, either S-2, S-10, B-2, D-2, or G-2. Our apprentice and helper roles do not.

A company vehicle comes with some roles. We go over exactly what a role includes on the first call rather than making promises on a web page.

Installs run year round here because we do both heating and cooling. The mix shifts with the season instead of the work drying up.

We provide paid training, and we help with licensing and certification for some positions. Ask about it when we talk.

You will get an email back from us. We keep applications on file and go back to them first when a spot opens.
