You support the crews. Moving equipment, prepping and cleaning job sites, carrying materials, and lending a hand wherever the day needs it. It is physical work, indoors and outdoors, in whatever the New England weather is doing.
It is also the least gated job we have. If you are reliable and you want to learn, this seat puts you next to licensed people every day, and what happens next is mostly up to you.
Nothing on paper. We train this role. What we cannot train is showing up on time, and that is the part we actually screen for.
Honesty and drive, above everything else. We are a family owned shop, not a franchise, and everyone here knows everyone else, from the office to the trucks. Show us those two things and we will teach you the rest.
